Returns are only available for full priced items if they are in their original condition without being worn or washed.
The Lucky Penny offers returns for store credit only within 30 days of the orders original shipping date. Once the item has been received and inspected, you will receive store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
Online Order Exchange Policy:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges online. If you would like a different size or color, you may complete the return process (policy above) and place a new order online.
